Location:  Design of DCC NY Office

While also operating as a CM for luxury brand projects for Louis Vuitton and Chanel in the Miami Design District I had the delight of designing the DCC office in NY as they expanded their space. My client (& boss) was interested in maintaining the authentic New York industrial loft atmosphere but allowing for a modernizing twist.  The goal was to create a unique office space that coexisted as a spacious venue for hosting industry events.  Adding a kitchen was a key wish as DCC is known for their staff foodies, and a library and gallery wall for featuring past & present clients was also desired.  I designed a space which included a lounge area with custom library shelf fixture in addition to creating a unique office desk enclosure environment that was a tongue in cheek play on the old office ‘cube’.  It was a joy to bring this to project to light & on a strict budget of course.
