My role: Sr. Project Manager – Global Store Design

I was responsible for each store design process from concept, planning, and design development through store opening, while consistently maintaining brand image.  I really enjoyed getting to design & detail new fixtures and detailed & refined existing fixturing and developed mock-ups for market testing.  While developing each project, I collaborated and coordinated with cross-functional department stakeholder clients as well as international partners and construction teams. 

Throughout, I have organized & driven a high volume of projects in various phases, including timely procurement of FF & E and found art objects. Simultaneously, I managed numerous budgets and schedules, while effectively trouble shooting all at opportune junctures.  I have been instrumental in creating design guidelines for new team members & partners to encourage consistency throughout the fleet.
