Locations: New York city flagship, Beijing Brand center, Milan, Paris, and many additional design ideation initiatives.


My Role: Sr Project Manager


To create their primary expression of the a new concept, my team & I were first immersed in adidas ethos in their campus in Germany and then went on to generate a fantastic ‘stadium’ concept. The brand wanted to roll-out this concept globally while also creating versions that would resonate locally. I had a hands-on role of fostering, detailing, and coordinating with a strong team of designers and engineers for the New York flagship including complex detailing for a huge stadium bleacher structure, a concrete tunnel entry, giving the sense of entering from the field of play and a unifying branded scrim on a façade (simultaneously encouraging a landlord that didn’t want to change their facade). The extremely fast track schedule took sensitive strategic planning to counter permit review times, construction time and even longer elevator lead times. After the success of this first archetype of the ‘stadium’ concept, we went on to design multiple, locally nuanced & also category specialized iterations, which were hugely successful for this great brand.
